Employers: To post job listings, employers must create an account on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate and current information about your company during the registration process.
Job Listings
Employer Responsibility: Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, content, and legality of their job listings.
Review and Approval: All job listings are subject to review and approval by [Your Job Portal’s Name] before being published on the Platform.
Applying for Jobs
Candidate Responsibility: Candidates are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information submitted in job applications.

Employers: Employers must not post misleading or false job listings on the Platform.

Limitation of Liability
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the availability of any job listed on the Platform or the accuracy of any information provided by employers or candidates.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nichespaceit from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Platform.
Termination
