•   Actively search for passive candidates who may not be actively looking for jobs but possess relevant skills.

Screening and Shortlisting

  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job criteria.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings through phone interviews or initial assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.

Interviewing

  • Arrange and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Assess candidates’ skills, experience, cultural fit, and motivation for the role.

Client Presentation

  • Present shortlisted candidates to the client, along with detailed profiles highlighting their qualifications and experience.
  • Coordinate interviews between the client and candidates.

  • Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
