Client Consultation

Job Analysis and Description
- Analyze the job roles provided by the client to create detailed job descriptions.
- Highlight key responsibilities, required skills, qualifications, and any other pertinent information.

Sourcing Candidates
• Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract potential candidates
• Actively search for passive candidates who may not be actively looking for jobs but possess relevant skills.

Screening and Shortlisting
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job criteria.
- Conduct preliminary screenings through phone interviews or initial assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.

Interviewing
- Arrange and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Assess candidates’ skills, experience, cultural fit, and motivation for the role.

Client Presentation
- Present shortlisted candidates to the client, along with detailed profiles highlighting their qualifications and experience.
- Coordinate interviews between the client and candidates.

Offer Management
- Facilitate communication between the client and the selected candidate regarding job offers, negotiations, and terms of employment.
- Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.

Offer ManageOnboarding Supportment
- Provide support to the candidate during the onboarding process, including assistance with paperwork, orientation, and introductions to the client’s team.

Follow-Up and Feedback
- Follow up with both the client and the candidate to gather feedback on the recruitment process and candidate experience.
- Address any concerns or issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Post-Placement Support
- Offer ongoing support to both the client and the placed candidate to ensure a successful transition and integration into the role.
- Address any post-placement issues or challenges that may arise.
